Renew certificate

All prospective students interested in a certificate from THE PILATES STANDARD should realize that the real learning begins after completing the training. Continuing education and developing your own skills are part of the profession of a Pilates trainer.

How many CECs do you need?

• To maintain the validity of your THE PILATES STANDARD Mat certificate you need 8 CECs every two years.

• To maintain the validity of your THE PILATES STANDARD Comprehensive certificate you need 15 CECs every 2 years.

If you participate in more than 1 program, you only need the points for the most extensive program.
Example: INTRO MAT and COMPREHENSIVE program require 15 points every two years.

How to renew your certificate
When it is time to renew your certificate, email your name and the subject Renew Certificate to office@thepilatesstandard.eu and indicate whether it concerns a Mat or Comprehensive certificate.

If you have taken workshops at TPS we have all CEC information in our system. If you have taken workshops elsewhere, attach the certificate of completion as a PDF (1 hour of a non-TPS workshop = 1/2 TPS CEC).

Once your renewal is approved you will receive an email and a printed version will be sent to you.
